[ARCHIVED] City building status updates due to inclement weather

For Tuesday, Dec. 28, Wednesday, Dec. 29 and Thursday, Dec. 30 Fife City Hall, Fife Municipal Court, Fife Community Center and the Criminal Justice Center will operate on a limited schedule from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

On Thursday, Dec. 30 arraignment hearings have been rescheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Please visit https://www.cityoffife.org/190/Municipal-Court for more information.

All city buildings will be closed on Friday, Dec. 31 due to the holiday observance. 

The Fife Aquatic Center was previously scheduled to be closed for maintenance from Dec. 20, 2021 to Jan. 2, 2022.


TEMPORARY WARMING SHELTER NOW OPEN IN FIFE, DEC. 27, 2021 

The City of Fife has partnered with Pierce County Emergency Management to offer a temporary emergency warming shelter in the parking lot at the Fife Community Center, 2111 54th Ave E, Fife, WA 98424. The heated shelter will operate around-the-clock and will be staffed by Pierce County Emergency Management. The center will operate for 48 hours, and then will be reevaluated on Dec. 29, 2021 for need based on the weather and temperature. WSDOT TRAFFIC CAMERAS IN FIFE to view road conditions
