Tacoma Pierce County Health Department is ready to help answer COVID-19 questions and register eligible people for vaccine events.
The health of our citizens is the highest priority for the City of Fife. The City of Fife has temporarily closed the Fife Community Center for all programming with the exception of church-related rentals and drive-thru senior lunch pick-up. The pool is open to the public, but by reservation for programs only. The Parks, Recreation and Aquatics team is working hard to follow the Governor’s Safe Start plan to reopen. Please see details below for more information on programs and facilities.
Credits were issued to user accounts for all canceled programs, events, lessons and rentals. These user credits will be issued back to all account users via check by the end of the year (12/31/2020). If anyone would like to inquire about a refund, please contact 253-922-7665 or email email@example.com.
The Fife Aquatic Center is open for lap swim, tot-swim, family swim, and private and semi-private lessons. All programming is by reservation only as strict COVID guidelines are being followed.
The Fife Community Center is currently closed to the public with the exception of Catholic Community Services (CCS) Senior Lunch Program. CCS lunches can be picked up on Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 12-1 at the front door of the Community Center.
These precautions are a result of the ongoing COVID-19 health recommendations. City officials are in close contact with public health officials and closures will be reevaluated. Any continuation or changes will be communicated. For more information on how the City of Fife is responding to COVID-19, please visit cityoffife.org/covid19
