VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Join your fellow community members to celebrate Parks Appreciation Day by working with us to beautify Fife's Five Acre Park. We will also be planting a tree in honor of Arbor Day. Please dress in weather-appropriate work clothes. We'll provide the tools and supplies.

Additional opportunity - Creek Restoration

The Wapato Creek Restoration Project is part of a community-wide effort to restore the historic salmon run in Wapato Creek. The project involves a city-owned property next to Wedge Park that is overgrown with non-native, invasive plant species. The first phase of the restoration project which we’re seeking volunteers for.  We need help rolling out coconut weed barriers to control invasive species along the creek banks.
