The City of Fife issues permits for all development located within the City limits. The permit center is responsible for overseeing and managing permit intake, review, tracking and issuance of a wide array of Land Use, Building, Civil and other construction related permits.
Permitting is now paperless and all permits are processed electronically through the Online Permits Portal. The Permitting Center is located in Fife City hall at 5411 23rd St E.
