Car Seat Checks
Free child car seat checks are available at the Fife Police Department by appointment. During your appointment, a Child Passenger Safety Technician will review your current installation and make recommendations for the safest installation. They will also teach you how to re-install the car seat. Make your appointment today by calling 253-896-8261.
Concealed Pistol License
Applications for Concealed Pistol Licenses are accepted and processed by South Sound 911 (SS911) at their Public Counter located at:

Prescription Drug Take-Back Program
The Fife Police Department has partnered with Med-Project as a community drug take-back location. Visit the kiosk located inside the Criminal Justice Center during business hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to safely dispose of expired and unwanted prescription medications.
Medications in any dosage form, except for those listed below, in their original container or sealed bag.

Fingerprinting is available for residents of Fife and employees of a Fife business.
The Fife Police Department will not fingerprint for immigration purposes or for Casino employees.
A government-issued photo ID is required.
There is a charge of $5 per fingerprint card, and you must supply the card(s).
