TO MAKE A CITATION/INFRACTION PAYMENT

You will need your case number to pay online. You can find your case number on the top right-hand corner of the citation/infraction, on your court order or collection notice. If you can’t find your case number, call before making the payment. Call 253-922-6635 and press -0- for immediate assistance. The court is available to take your call Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The phone is off 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. for lunch.

If your check/e-check is returned NSF, a $25 NSF fee and a corresponding FTA fee will be added depending on case type.
- A parking infraction FTA fee ($25) may result in the nonrenewal of the motor vehicle registration.
- A traffic violation FTA fee ($52) may result in the suspension of your driving privilege.
