Our coaches work hard at improving and encouraging top-level swimming technique and provide an environment that fosters healthy competition. Please visit the FAST website for more information.

Fife Area Swim Team (FAST) Summer League: Register Here

Fife Summer League offers opportunities to make new friends, learn good habits and sportsmanship, take on responsibility, improve swimming skills, and compete with other swimmers. We welcome learn-to-swim athletes that can complete 25 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke or those that have passed level 6 in our learn-to-swim program.

Private Lessons – Register Here

Private lessons are the most effective way to help develop water safety skills, work on specific stroke technique and develop overall endurance. Swimmers are paired with an experienced, knowledgeable and caring instructor. Each session is 30 minutes in duration and is designed for children as young as 3 years all the way up through adulthood, proving it is never too late to learn to swim! Our one-on-one instruction gives you the most personalized lessons available, allowing our instructors to focus on specific aspects of your swimming strengths and/or weaknesses. Sign-up today and give yourself (or someone you know) the confidence that goes along with being a skilled swimmer.
