Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the City of Fife Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal filed by Mr. Raymond Schuler, Managing Member of Portland at St. Paul LLC. The public hearing will be held in the City of Fife City Council Chambers, 5411 23rd Street East, Fife, Washington 98424.

The appeal contests a Notice of (Zoning Code) Violation/Cease and Desist Order issued by the City of Fife on May 10, 2011 for property located at 5306 7th Street East (currently vacant). The public hearing is open to the public, although testimony may be limited to only those who have been called as witnesses.
