Councilmember, Position 4 - Pat Hulcey
Councilmember Hulcey is a lifelong resident of Fife who is passionate about a number of community matters including: long range planning for economic, business and community growth; productive relationships among federal, state, county, city and tribal entities; and the development of parks, open space, transportation and infrastructure plans. He has served on the Council since 2010 and supports local businesses and entrepreneurship, the expansion of youth programs and the concept of a walkable community. He also values resident involvement in city planning, and a government that is proactive, accessible and transparent.
